At Mashhoor Culture, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
You can initiate a return if:
You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- An opening video without a cut, showing the parcel and product is mandatory in case of missing, damaged, Size issue or incorrect items.
- Pickup Charges Extra.
How to Request a Return
Contact us via email shop@mashhoorculture.com or WhatsApp at +91-8510948563 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Share your order ID, a photo/video of the product, and a brief reason for return.
Our team will verify and confirm your return request.
Once approved, you’ll be guided to ship the product back to our address.
(Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item was received defective or wrong.)
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified about approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products purchased during sale or discount offers.
Items showing signs of wear, stains, or damage after delivery.
Products for which the return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange Guidelines
Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only if the product has a size issue or a defect.
Time Frame: You must raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/design is not available, we will help you choose an alternative product of the same value.
